Job Description:

Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services, PLLC is seeking part-time psychologists or licensed mental health providers to join a private-pay practice which delivers online therapy (telehealth) services to the people of Iowa and/or Alabama (depending on the individual providers' state of licensure). Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services is an online-only practice. We specialize in providing evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, OCD-spectrum disorders, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders. Individual therapy services are provided using evidence-based methods, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and exposure-based approaches, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All providers are hired as independent contractors.

Benefits Include:

  • Highly competitive compensation (private pay practice with no insurance contingencies)

  • Steady referral stream

  • Flexible clinician scheduling (i.e., each provider sets their own schedule and can see as many/few clients as they wish)

  • Completely telehealth - ability to work from home

  • Yearly stipend for continuing education, conference attendance, or membership in national organizations

  • Group case consultation meetings

Qualifications:
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in the states of Iowa and/or Alabama (states we currently serve). Providers are also able to continue to deliver services to other states if they have licensure in other states.

  • Training in evidence-based treatment such as cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing

  • Experience using these treatments to address anxiety disorders (social anxiety, GAD, panic disorder, specific phobias), OCD, BFRBs, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders; a large portion of our referral stream consists of individuals with OCD who are seeking ERP, so comfort with this population and treatment method are important

  • Enthusiasm for continuing to learn in-depth about various evidence-based treatment modalities
