Job Description:

Anxiety Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services, PLLC is seeking a full-time licensed clinician to join our growing outpatient specialty practice in West Des Moines, Iowa. We provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, OCD-spectrum disorders, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Our practice is grounded in evidence-based care, clinician collaboration, and professional development. Services are delivered through a hybrid model, combining in-person therapy at our fully furnished office with telehealth services.
​
Individual therapy is provided using empirically supported approaches, with a strong emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and exposure-based approaches (PE, CPT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Qualifications:
​

Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Iowa (PhD/PsyD preferred)

Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred

Training in evidence-based treatment such as cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, prolonged exposure, and cognitive processing therapy

Experience using these treatments to address anxiety disorders (social anxiety, GAD, panic disorder, specific phobias), OCD, BFRBs, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders; a large portion of our referral stream consists of individuals with OCD who are seeking ERP, so comfort with this population and treatment method are important
