She helps clients break down complex issues into manageable steps, building confidence and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Jamie strives to provide culturally responsive care and is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities as well as neurodiverse individuals.

Jamie holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. Her clinical background includes working in the OCD Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs at Rogers Behavioral Health and interning at the Anxiety Disorders Foundation of Wisconsin. Since 2015, Jamie has dedicated her private practice to supporting individuals dealing with depression and anxiety-related disorders. During her time in Ames, she worked extensively with student-athletes at Iowa State University, helping them enhance performance by managing anxiety and performance related challenges.

Outside of her professional life, Jamie enjoys reading, spending time with her family and pets, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
