About
Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services
Our team is comprised of seven clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care for individuals and families who suffer from OCD and anxiety-related concerns. We provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with special expertise in exposure-based therapies, such as exposure and response prevention (ERP), while also incorporating techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. At Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services, we provide our clients with the skills to face their fears so that they can make effective choices that are in line with their overall values and goals.

We work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering both individual and parent-based treatment. We also specialize in perinatal OCD and anxiety, working with parents who have anxiety-related concerns during the prenatal or postpartum period. Our providers have specific training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent-based treatment program for treating child and adolescent anxiety disorders. We also offer free peer-support groups for adults with OCD.

Virtual Therapy
Good psychological treatment is not confined to the office! We conduct our therapy sessions through a secure online platform that ensures your privacy. Virtual therapy allows us to provide treatment to those who have little-to-no access to evidence-based treatments. Virtual therapy has a number of benefits: it offers flexibility, convenience, and accessibility. Results from research suggest that virtual delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure-based treatments is just as effective as in-person treatment.
