Our team is comprised of experienced clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care for individuals and families who suffer from OCD and anxiety-related concerns. Using the gold-standard treatments for anxiety and OCD - including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure-based treatment such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) - we help clients develop the skills to face their fears, reduce avoidance, and live fully in accordance with their goals.
We also specialize in perinatal OCD and anxiety, as well as parent-based treatments such as Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
