She strives to deliver compassionate and effective treatment to clients using evidenced-based approaches.

Maddi received her B.S. in psychology at the University of Northwestern, St. Paul and her M.A. in social work from the University of Northern Iowa, where she extensively studied trauma-informed and evidenced-based practices. Since she received her license and degree, Maddi has worked in a variety of clinical settings running partial hospitalization and therapy groups and practicing individual and family therapy. She made the transition to a private group practice a year ago and thrives in helping clients find ways to successfully manage their specific anxieties. Maddi is also a certified yoga teacher.
